No! Your Clean Credit™ points never expire. You can save them up for bigger rewards or use them whenever you want.
Can I transfer credits to someone else?
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. However, you can earn referral credits by recommending friends!
What's the minimum redemption amount?
You can start redeeming credits with as little as 50 credits for a 10% discount on your next cleaning service.
How long does it take to receive credits?
Credits are automatically added to your account within 24 hours of your cleaning service completion.
Can I use credits with other promotions?
Credits can be combined with most promotions, but cannot be used with other discount codes. The best value option will be applied automatically.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance, no credits are affected. Late cancellations may forfeit earned credits for that booking.
